This is a great idea — instead of listing books, you’ve posted passages and verse. It gives a quick, clear snapshot of who you are, what you read, and, perhaps, what you write.
Thanks, Jess. I keep meaning to post more things here but I have been very short of time recently. Besides I’m wondering if it’s such a good idea to post these things in a public place. One day I might want to steal some phrases from these great writers and I don’t want to make it too easy for narrow-minded quibblers to trace my sources.
